These terms cover use of the redproof.eu website. They do not govern a testing engagement — that is set out in separate signed agreements (statement of work, engagement agreement, NDA, and a data processing agreement).

Information only

The content here is general information about Redproof's services. It is not legal, security, or compliance advice, and using the site does not create a client relationship. Redproof delivers independent testing and evidence — it is not a notified body and does not issue "certified" or "compliant" verdicts.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Intellectual property

The Redproof name, branding, site content, and the sample report are ours. Please don't copy or redistribute them without permission. The sample report is anonymized and provided for evaluation only.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site unlawfully, or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to it or its infrastructure.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Redproof is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for a testing engagement is addressed in the engagement agreement, not here.
